 Shannon began her practice after having knee surgery and was immediately hooked. After having had a dedicated daily practice for about 5 years, she enrolled in a 200 -Hour Yoga Teaching Training Program. She has taught yoga to the boys soccer team and the girls basketball team at St. Andrew's School. Her personal daily practice helps her impart wisdom to her students because she has practiced what she’s “preaching!” She truly shares her love of yoga with the students at SYB. Shannon teaches Basic Yoga Flow and Dynamic Yoga Flow. She is available for private instruction.
