Shannon began her practice after having knee surgery and was immediately hooked. Having a dedicated daily practice for about 5 years, she enrolled in a 200 -Hour Yoga Teaching Training Program. Over the last two years she has been teaching yoga to the boys soccer team and the girls basketball team at St. Andrew's School. She's excited to share her practice with the students at SYB.
Shannon teaches Basic Yoga Flow, Yoga Burn, and Dynamic Yoga Flow.
