"Nam", a native of India, believes that as a yoga instructor she is a lifelong student of the Yoga Science that she practices. She continually tries to grow by seeking ways and techniques with which she can improve herself holistically and serve a diverse set of people whether beginner or advanced students of yoga.

She practices and teaches traditional yoga in the form of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. She connects to people and understands their body and concerns. Her classes are customized based on what she sees in the classroom, so you'll experience what your body needs to create optimum health. Classes incorporate pranayama and meditation. She welcomes all levels of experience to her classes!
