21-Day Clean Eating Challenge

The clean eating approach and seasonal cleanses allow a person to tap into the body's natural ability to heal. It's this message and lifestyle that Betsy intends to spread to those who participate in the challenge and beyond. The 21-Day Clean Eating Challenge includes 14 days of prep with an elimination diet, a clean morning routine, healthy kitchen essentials, handouts, educational materials, meal-planning, snack choices, recipes, weekly meetings and a Facebook support group page participants receive constant support and can post their questions, concerns and recipes. The challenge is $50 per person and meetings will be held according to scheduled times of event. A private program is suggested when there are special circumstances concerning health issues.

I joined the {challenge} with the intention of educating myself in regards to food and supplements. Instead my entire way of eating and living has changed for the better. I feel the best mentally and physically at age 50 then I ever have.    ~ J. Feehley

These challenges are so helpful and it's nice to be a part of a group that is all striving for the same overall goal - better health. I love all of the new knowledge I've gained. After just a week of clean eating, I could tell a difference in my body and overall mood. I have a new love of brussel sprouts, my eczema is totally gone, my hair is growing faster and my skin is clearer.      ~ S. Strickland

Rachel Wolf, L.Ac - Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine

Rachel earned her Master's of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City and is Nationally Board certified in acupuncture and herbs by the NCCAOM. She has further training through Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in acupuncture for those dealing with various types of cancer and chemotherapy, as well as a deep understanding of anatomical movement from years of dedicated yoga practice.  Her intention is to help her patients to be their best selves.  As a practitioner of acupuncture and herbal medicine, she integrates various therapies to prevent and treat disease; her treatments may consist of acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and tuina. In addition to these hands-on modalities, she works with Chinese herbal remedies and food-therapy to set the stage for your body to better heal itself.  Special areas of interest are in cancer support, emotional well-being, easing musculoskeletal pain, and creating a space where the stresses of daily life can start to slip away.  She believes working in conjunction with Western medicine often leads to the best results.

One of the beautiful things about Chinese Medicine is it's ability to PREVENT illness by maintaining homeostasis within the body.  You don't need to be sick or in pain to come for a treatment, but just in case you are, here is a short list of what acupuncture can do:
