Michelle Riley, Barre & Fitness Instructor
Michelle has been in the fitness industry for about 9 years. As an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, Michelle enjoys working with her clients to motivate them and help them feel comfortable while working out. She has dedicated her career to help others achieve their fitness goals while also teaching them self empowerment throughout their journeys. Michelle focuses her group classes in Barre, Pilates, and TRX. As a former gymnast Michelle emphasizes her instruction in form to maximize exercise benefits and decrease potential risk.
Michelle teaches Barre on Tuesday and Friday mornings. She's currently accepting private clients for personal training or barre.
