Emily has been practicing yoga for 9 years and teaching for a little over 4 years. She aims to create a secure classroom where everyone feels comfortable to practice regardless of how new they might be to their practice. She strives to offer something new to her students every time she teaches as a way to help them deepen their practice on and off of the mat. Emily's practice really began to deepen while she was attending Massage Therapy school in 2008. "This year long study of massage and the body really opened my eyes to how sensitive yet resilient our bodies are and how beneficial a regular yoga practice is on our bodies and our minds." When not practicing yoga you will find Emily on the water paddle boarding, teaching SUP yoga or hanging at the beach.
Emily teaches Dynamic Yoga Flow. She is currently accepting private clients.
