Hatha Yoga  & Hatha Basics: for beginning and continuing students. Focus is on basic poses, breath and alignment. Props are utilized for maximum alignment and comfort. Basic is not necessarily easy, so come prepared to take your practice to your edge and see where you can go. Detailed cues will be given to help you perfect your alignment.

Basic Yoga Flow: for beginning and continuing students. A vinyasa flow style class focusing on basic postures with emphasis on building awareness of the breath and body. Poses are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail.

All Levels Yoga Flow: a moderately-paced class appropriate for ongoing/experienced Level 1 students through advanced students. A vinyasa flow style class incorporating alignment and technique, modifications are given allowing the student to choose a basic or more advanced practice according to their needs. A beautiful opportunity to be inspired by students of all levels.

All Levels Dynamic Yoga Flow: want just a little more than All Levels? This class will take you to the next step providing an opportunity to challenge yourself with some more advanced transitions and postures. Some experience and familiarity with postures is recommended - not for raw beginners.

Dynamic Yoga Flow*: recommended for students with at least 3 months of consistent practice at Levels 1 and 2. This heated vinyasa flow style class focuses on connecting breath with movement while moving continuously. Challenging postures are introduced including backbends, inversions and balancing. Rest periods and modifications are encouraged as needed.

Power Hour/Power Hour PLUS*:  designed for those who are seeking to take their practice to the next level. Not for beginners. This heated vinyasa class moves at a steady pace and students should be very familiar with poses and alignment. Set to a fun, high-energy playlist, you will practice arm balances and inversions.

Yoga Burn: long-held poses challenge your strength, flexibility, and concentration. When you want to come out of the pose, that's when the real work begins. Suitable for all levels of experience, the room is not heated. Focus of the class is mostly standing postures.  

Alignment Yoga: deepen your knowledge of the practice while building strenthg and flexibility through correct alignment and posture in this challenging yet basic class. You'll gain awareness to help you heal and correct postural misalignment caused by the way we live our lives.

Gentle Flow Yoga: midday class to refresh, recharge, and energize you so you can calmly make it through the rest of your day. Take a break from your schedule and chores. Come move, breathe, and stretch away the Monday Blues. Suitable for all levels.

Gentle Yoga: designed to gently stretch & strengthen the entire body using basic, low to the ground postures. You will typically practice a few standing postures to improve balance, work on improving range of motion and flexibility, and end with relaxation before continuing with your day. Suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga: this beautiful class focuses on releasing connective tissue through a relaxed practice with long, passive holds in specific postures. These asanas gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues allowing us to maintain and restore joint flexibility. The practice also allows us to reflect inward and examine how our habits are reflected in our bodies and in our lives. This class is suitable for all levels.

Restorative Yoga: this calming, nurturing class promotes the effects of conscious relaxation and is particularly beneficial for coping with insomnia, menstrual discomfort, headaches, fatigue and an overstimulated nervous system. Props are utilized for maximum comfort. Restore, re-energize, renew. This class is suitable for all levels.

Yoga Express: short on time but need to get on your mat? This class is only 45 minutes so you'll get in and out in a hurry without feeling rushed in your practice. Designed for all levels of experience. 

Somatic Movement Therapy & Improvisation: awaken your bodily sensing and discover the rich, supportive, subjective experience of embodiment. This class dramatically improves your connection to yourself, enabling you to access movement with refinement, fluidity and efficiency - in life and in all of your movement practices. Functionally improve dynamic alignment, breath support, grounding and movement motivation as a personal, integrated expression of embodied anatomy. Class is taught from an experiential anatomical perspective with a conclusion of personal, creative movement exploration with music.

Barre Class: a ballet-inspired barre class focusing on creating long, lean muscles and strong core while increasing flexibility, coordination and posture. This fast-paced workout improves balance, strength, grace and self-discipline with no joint stress - and will leave you standing taller! The use of light hand weights, props, a mat and the barre are all you need - no ballet training necessary!

Core Barre Class: a high energy Pilates-based barre class with a strong emphasis on moving from your center and strengthening core muscles. You will work legs, seat, arms and abs with additional Pilates mat exercises to strengthen your entire mid-section: front, sides and back!  Students are given specific cues, hands-on corrections and close attention to good form and correct alignment. Core Barre will lengthen you, strengthen you, make you sweat and put you in a good mood!


Pilates Mat: a form of conditioning with its roots ingrained in rehabilitation, strength & stretch. The method encompasses over 500 exercises and is based on the principle that before working the peripheral body parts, the core must be strong and stable. Students can expect to improve strength, stretch, stamina and stability (the 4 S's of Pilates) by applying the principles of stabilization, control, concentration, flow, breath and precision. This class is suitable for all levels.

Pilate Barre Fusion: this unique class blends Pilates mat work with barre work in a fun and well-balanced format. Suitable for all levels.


Strength-Power-Flexibility: you'll use weights, bands, balls, and more to work every part of the body to strengthen and increase flexibility. Looking for an all-around full body workout in a hurry? This class is for you. 45 minutes in&out!
